Dazzling Works LLC ("Dazzling Works," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Restore Colorize Upsize Photos mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

1. Device Identifier (IDFV)

We collect the Identifier for Vendor (IDFV), a unique identifier assigned by Apple to your device for our app.

• Purpose: Track your credit balance, enforce free trial limits, and manage subscriptions
• Not shared: This identifier is NOT shared with third parties
• No cross-app tracking: NOT used for cross-app tracking or advertising

2. Photos

When you use the App, you upload photos to our servers for AI-powered restoration processing.

• Photos are automatically deleted after 90 days
• We do NOT access, view, or use your photos for any purpose other than processing the restoration you requested
• Photos are NOT shared with third parties
• Photos are NOT used for AI training or any other purpose

3. Push Notification Tokens

If you grant permission, we collect push notification tokens to notify you when your photo restoration is complete. We may also use push notifications to promote and market our own products and services. This permission is optional — you can deny it and still use the app.

4. Crash Reports

We use Sentry for automatic error and crash reporting to maintain app stability.

Information We Do NOT Collect

The App is designed to be privacy-friendly. We explicitly do NOT collect:

• Names, email addresses, or account information (the app is anonymous)
• Contacts
• Browsing history
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA)

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Cloud Infrastructure: For secure photo processing and storage
• Sentry: Crash reporting service
• Apple: Payment processing via StoreKit for subscriptions

Data Retention & Deletion

• Photos: Automatically and permanently deleted 90 days after upload
• Device records: You can delete your data anytime within the app. If you uninstall the app, your data is automatically deleted after 90 days
• Crash reports: Retained for 90 days

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

Your Rights

You can delete your data anytime within the app. Since the app does not require account creation and we do not collect personal identifiers, we cannot process individual data deletion requests. If you uninstall the app, all associated data is automatically deleted from our servers after 90 days.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.

International Users

If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
